We celebrated Christ the King Sunday yesterday – traditionally part of the liturgical calendar, and recognized as the Sunday prior to Advent starting. Generally a celebration of Christ’s 2nd Advent – the waiting on Him to come again . . .
We opened yesterday with a tune I wrote with Billy Ivey called I Will Sing.
After our call to worship we sang Sing to the King, Not to Us, Center, Recoice the Lord is King, Before the Throne of God Above, and Agnus Dei.
Our offering song was God You Reign – a terrific tune from Lincoln Brewster.
