Yesterday was a morning/worship set for considering our position/posture in worship – as Bob’s been preaching through the first few verses of 1 Peter the past few weeks – I’m reminded of how without God acting is us first – we don’t possess the ability to sing His praise… HE lifted us out, HE sets our feet, HE tunes our hearts, HE leads us…
We opened yesterday with Arise and Sing – a new-ish song from Brenton Brown that also has the same intro as Journey’s Faithfully.
After our call to worship we sang You Lifted Me Out, Surrender, and Lead Me to the Cross.
Our offering song was Amazed – sung by Lauren Roberts.
Hey! Who is “Amazed” and “Surrender” by? I haven't heard of those two.
