I failed to get the setlist up yesterday because, well…. it’s Christmastime, and quite busy around here! We’re rapidly approaching our December 13th Christmas service – Waiting. Be sure and join us for both morning services – 8:15 and 10:45.
We opened Sunday with All Who Are Thirsty.
As usual, here at OMPC in the season of Advent, we continue to sing praise songs, interspersed with carols… but the praise songs have specific texts that can take on a whole new, richer meaning if set in the context of Advent – the expected coming of Jesus.
After our call to worship we sang Relentless, Come Thou Long Expected Jesus, O Come Emmanuel, and We Will Run.
Our offering song was Light of the World, sung by Carlee Green.
