Bob continues his sermon series on the Gospel Pipeline – the foundation of the Christian walk – it’s life changing. One of my favorite quotes from yesterday . . . “we can no more change ourselves by human behavior than we can save ourselves by human behavior . . . ” What a contrast to most teaching . . . where we’re saved and justified by faith – but our sanctification is left to our own behaviors . . .
Anyway . . . we opened yesterday with Today is the Day (Brewster).
After our call to worship we sang You Lifted Me Out, Shelter, Grace Flows Down, Grace that is Greater than all our sin, and You Gave Your Life Away.
Our offering song was a new tune called Let Us Return.
Choir sings this week. I love choir weeks! By the way – we’ve started rehearsing Christmas music. Come get plugged in!
