Labor Day Worship services – always lower attendance . . . but that’s ok – because those who were in attendance were engaged in worship and the sermon. Great morning.
We opened with a new tune called Praise the Lord.
After our call to worship we sang Because of Your Love, All Because of Jesus, Come Thou Fount, Hungry, and A Mighty Fortress (Nockels).
Our offering song was Love is Here by Tenth Ave North – but we sang it in E, which i think is where it will stay for congregational singing.
I’m off this week with a team from Oak Mountain to lead worship for CareNet’s National Conference in Dallas, TX. See you Sunday.
