Yesterday was home missions sunday. We got to hear from our domestic missionaries in our Sunday School classes – and celebrated having planted a church last year. We also got to hear quite a bit from Tom Patton – our new missions pastor.
We opened with Let God Arise
After our call to worship (from one Tom Patton), we sang Hosanna (Baloche), What a Savior, Come Ye Sinners, Surrender, and Amazing Grace (Chains are Gone).
Our offering song was Christy Nockels’ By Our Love – sung by Carlee Means.
We’re continuing to rehearse Christmas music in choir – still not too late to join us.
Choir leads in worship this coming Sunday. I love me a choir sunday.
