Patrick and the youth worship team did an excellent job leading for me last week as I was out of town. I so appreciate not only his heart for worship, but his heart for developing young musicians – not just into better musicians, but into better worshippers. If you go to Oak Mountain and you read this, and your child is youth-aged and not plugged into our youth ministry, I’m not quite sure why – but i’d strongly recommend getting your kids involved.
They opened last week with The Highest and Greatest (Tim Hughes).
After the call to worship they sang What a Savior, Our God Saves, Revelation Song, and the Stand.
The offering song was Forever Reign.
We begin our summer schedule this week with worship only at 10:45. Starting NEXT week – June 5th, Sunday school will precede worship at 9:15.
