Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – September 20, 2015

This morning’s worship set was all about surrender.   It started with singing about the one true foundation for our faith… we then sung about lifting hands and hearts in surrender, giving up our pride, and our rights.  Then onto a reminder to be still, and finally ending with a simple chorus about God being the only one we need…

We opened with a hymn rewrite that I did another lifetime ago called The Church’s One Foundation.

After our call to worship we sang Lay Me Down, I Lift My Hands, How Firm a Foundation, and You Alone.

Our offering song was a new tune for Oak Mountain called This I Believe (the Creed) by Hillsong.
