Advent started yesterday – the four Sundays prior to Christmas.
As is our custom at OMPC – our setlists consist of praise songs we usually sing during the year, mixed with tradition carols (in the style of Sears), and in doing so – the text of the praise songs take on a whole new (Advent focused) meaning.
Our setlist yesterday was Great Things, Faithfulness//joy like the dawn, Come Thou Long Expected Jesus, O Come Emmanuel, Light of the World and How He Loves
