Time change Sunday was yesterday – always funny to see those that come in an hour late for worship, forgetting to set their clocks… Bob was back in the pulpit yesterday continuing his series The Old Testament Sings Amazing Grace.
We opened our worship set with a new (to Oak Mountain) song called Here For You. You can find it on the new passion album – and I’m pretty sure it’s on a Tomlin album somewhere, but the recording I like is by Matt Redman.
After our call to worship we sang Let Us Return, Search Me, There is a Fountain, and Center.
Our offering song was Jesus I Come.
It’s still not too late to join us in worship choir as we prepare for our upcoming Palm Sunday worship service – Come Back Soon. We rehearse every Wednesday night from 6-7, downstairs in the choir room.
