We had a great choir Sunday yesterday.  It's a tough time of year to have a choir, especially with our "come and go" choir, due to all the year-end activities going on (graduations, school year wrapping up, sports, etc) but nonetheless, we had a great turnout and a great morning!We opened with Do It Lord - an awesome tune from Tommy Walker.After our call to worship we sang Come Christians Join to Sing, Heaven and Earth, The Same Love, and Waiting Here For You.Our offering song was Soul on Fire - from Third Day.

Our OMPC Kid led in worship yesterday with quite the energetic set!  I love that the kids can lead us in such a way that shows us the freedom that we can have in worship.We opened yesterday with Spin - from Lincoln Brewster, and quite possible the fastest song I've ever played.After our call to worship we sang Lay Me Down, By Faith, One Thing Remains, and Let the Children Come.Our offering song was a tune my wife wrote a few years ago called One Mother's Prayer.

Took a coupe days off this week so didn't get the recap up on Monday, but it was a great morning of worship, nevertheless!We opened with Heaven and Earth.After our call to worship we sang Arise, I Sing the Mighty Power of God, Never Once, and Your Grace Finds Me.Our offering song was Love is War.

When you think of your standing with God the Father, what thoughts come to mind?  Does the enemy take over and try to convince you, once again that your sin has jeopardized your standing?  Has robbed you from the perfect righteousness that has been made yours through Christ?  Has removed the perfect love that the Father has for you, through the gift of His son?That's why i'm really digging Good Good Father, and I think it's resonating well with OMPC too.  "You're a good good father, it's who you are.... and i'm loved by you.... it's who I am..."A simple chorus…

Yesterday morning was a choir Sunday.  I always love choir Sundays - a great opportunity for so many folks to lead in worship.  If you've ever thought about joining us in choir, come give it a shot.  We'll be meeting on May 4 and 11 to prepare to lead on Sunday May 15.We opened yesterday with Unstoppable God - a new (to OMPC) tune from Elevation Worship.After our call to worship we sang Forever Reign, Praise to the Lord the Almighty, 10000 Reasons, and How Deep the Father's Love for Us.Our offering song was Even So Come.

I was away yesterday and the very talented Trace Armstrong and Josh Vigneulle filled in for me, and they did an awesome job!They opened with Good Good Father - such a great tune, and one I'm really excited that OMPC is learning.After the call to worship they sang This is Amazing Grace, Come Thou Fount, and Never Let Go.The offering song was At the Cross

Welcome back from spring break!  For those of you that got away, hope your time was restful and rejuvenating.  For those that didn't, certainly vacation is right around the corner, right?We opened yesterday with Here For YouAfter our call to worship we sang Lay Me Down, I Surrender All, Lay It Down, and Be Thou My Vision.Our offering song was a tune that we first introduced just two weeks ago at our Palm Sunday worship service called Good Good Father.  Such a great tune.

Had a great Easter morning worship!  Good to see our folks hanging around before leaving on spring break vacations to worship with us!We opened Sunday with Joyful.After our call to worship we sang This is Amazing Grace, Christ the Lord is Risen Today, Stronger, Revelation Song, and No Other Name.Our offering song was a tune sung by Carlee Green called How Can it Be from Lauren Daigle.  Stay tuned - I'll have the service up for viewing soon.
