Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – May 22, 2011

setlists
Patrick and the youth worship team did an excellent job leading for me last week as I was out of town. I so appreciate not only his heart for worship, but his heart for developing young musicians - not just into better musicians, but into better worshippers. If you go to Oak Mountain and you read this, and your child is youth-aged and not plugged into our youth ministry, I'm not quite sure why - but i'd strongly recommend getting your kids involved. They opened last week with The Highest and Greatest (Tim Hughes). After the call to worship they sang What…

After our call to worship we sang Amazing God, Everlasting God, Praise to the Lord the Almighty, and Amazed. Our offering song was Faithful God. Patrick and the Youth Group are leading in worship this Sunday. You don't want to miss it!

Happy mother's day to all the moms out there. I called mine yesterday morning and had a sweet conversation with her, remembering some childhood memories. Great tune - involved the kids choir, and a small ensemble of…
