I know, it's Thursday. My wife and I decided to pack the boys up on Sunday after church and take them to Disney for a couple days. We're Disney FREAKS. I'm convinced that Disney has the best customer service in the industry. It's no wonder that countless companies and organizations pay thousands to send employees and teams to the Disney Institute to learn strategies and processes.
