Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – January 5, 2014

Happy New Year!  How is everyone doing on their new years resolutions?  Our worship set was designed to be a reminder of focusing our efforts on Christ - allowing Him to be the change in us. We opened yesterday with Come Ye SinnersAfter our call to worship we sang Forever Reign, The Solid Rock, Search Me, and Love is War.Our offering song was Holy by Matt Redman.  Great tune.Join us this Wednesday as we kick-off things heading into our Palm Sunday worship service.  6-7 in the choir room.  Free childcare, drinks and snacks.

Monday Morning Recap(s) for Christmas Eve AND December 29, 2013

We were back to "normal" programming yesterday - as I don't tend to sing Christmas songs after Christmas.  But before we talk about yesterday - we had Christmas Eve service!We opened Christmas Eve with Our God Saves - great tune and idea for talking about God's gift of salvation for mankind.After the call to worship we sang Joy to the World, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Here I Am to Worship, and Away in a Manger.  Carlee then sang Welcome to our World.That was followed with a reading of the Christmas story from the gospels of Matthew and Luke, by Rob…
