He was born at 6:01, on a Friday - June 15, 2001. This was after 30 hours of labor, 3 doctors, 5 nurses . . . and then she pushed for 3 hours. Happy Birthday to my NICU baby . . .

8 years ago, Mandy downloaded our first child - and what was "supposed" to be a Discovery Channel Baby Story moment turned into one of the most trying weeks of our lives - as we watched our child within seconds of being born - be whisked away to another hospital to be put in NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). Tuesday nights in the spring . . .

I LOVE Tuesday nights in the spring. Scrubs come on ABC.There's this other show that a lot of America is obsessed with. And it's ON right now on our TV. The "singing" that they give us on this show makes me SO thankful for the talent that we have at Oak Mountain. I have some of the BEST vocalists and instrumentalists in the country - and I'm not just saying that. Shows like American Trashy-Vocals really make me thankful for the talent God has brought to Oak Mountain.
