Monday Morning Recap(s) for Christmas Eve AND December 29, 2013

We were back to "normal" programming yesterday - as I don't tend to sing Christmas songs after Christmas. But before we talk about yesterday - we had Christmas Eve service!We opened Christmas Eve with Our God Saves - great tune and idea for talking about God's gift of salvation for mankind.After the call to worship we sang Joy to the World, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Here I Am to Worship, and Away in a Manger. We had an awesome time of worship yesterday - as we took the whole hour to present "The Glorious Impossible."Not your normal Monday morning recap - as our Christmas worship service takes the whole hour, and involves video, narrative, and tons of music. We kicked off the 2013 Advent Season yesterday at Oak Mountain. We had an exciting morning of worship yesterday. Several members of our youth choir led in worship, alongside regular members of our band. Youth choir meets every Wednesday night from 5-5:45 in the choir room. We had our Here and Now Ministry Initiative pledge yesterday - and it was also a choir Sunday. I do indeed love choir Sunday.
