We had a "preview" service for our upcoming 8:15 service.  Beginning August 11 we'll be returning to a 2-service schedule, but this year we're having an 8:15 service (the Ocho-Quince), with a Sunday school hour in the middle (9:30), followed by our normal 10:45 service.  The 8:15 will be unplugged, shorter, and more intimate, while the 10:45 will be our normal praise band/praise team service.As today was a preview of the Ocho Quince - we opened up with the call to worship.After our call to worship we sang Because of Your Love, Search Me, and Jesus Paid it All.Our offering…

Another great morning of worship at Oak Mountain yesterday.  Men - be sure and join us in two weeks for our Bullfrog Choir - July 28th.  One of my favorite Sundays of the year.We opened yesterday with God is Coming.  I love the pursuit of the Father portrayed in this song...After our call to worship we sang Hosanna, The Same Love, O Love That Will Not Let Me Go, and We Will Run.Our offering song was I Lift My Hands.

What a great, great morning of worship.  There's something really special about our summer services - the entire congregation crammed into the sanctuary, all worshipping together.  The sound of all those voices is amazing from the platform.We opened yesterday with God is Coming - a great tune from Tim Hughes, reminding us of God's constant pursuit after us.After our call to worship we sang Forever, Forever Reign, There is a Fountain, and Lead Me to the Cross.Our offering song was Give Me Faith from Elevation Worship.

We had a choir Sunday, yesterday.  Our last choir sunday until late summer (August 25th, for those of you that would like to join us).  In between now and then - we have one of my favorite Sundays of the year - the BULLFROG CHOIR.  It's a time when ALL GUYS, all ages are invited to come up and sing, or croak, whatever they would normally sing in the pew.  We usually have around 130-140 guys on the stage, and the sound is amazing.  That'll be Sunday - July 28th.We opened yesterday with Come Ye Sinners.After our call to worship…
