Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – November 21, 2010

We celebrated Christ the King Sunday yesterday - traditionally part of the liturgical calendar, and recognized as the Sunday prior to Advent starting. Generally a celebration of Christ's 2nd Advent - the waiting on Him to come again . . . We opened yesterday with a tune I wrote with Billy Ivey called I Will Sing.After our call to worship we sang Sing to the King, Not to Us, Center, Recoice the Lord is King, Before the Throne of God Above, and Agnus Dei. Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – November 14, 2010

Choir led in worship last weekend. That wraps our final "regular" service led by the choir for the year. The choir is continuing to prepare for "Rescue" - our Christmas worship service which will be Sunday December 12, 2010 at both services.We opened last week with All Who Are Thirsty.After our call to worship we sang Jesus Shall Reign, Awesome is the Lord Most High, God of This City, and When All is Said and Done.Our offering song was Do It Lord.
