Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – November 29 (yeah – i know)

Great morning of worship last Sunday. I had some good time off the week before with the family, and it's always good coming and kicking off the advent season at Oak Mountain. My encouragement to the congregation was that as we worship though advent - we continue to sing praise songs, intermingled with carols. Yesterday was Christ the King Sunday. I wrote some about that last year.We opened up with Famous One.After our call to worship, we sang Arise, Open the Eyes of My Heart, Rejoice the Lord is King (set to Tiny Dancer), Your Name, and Agnus Dei.I had a conversation with someone once at another church that suggested that AG-nus, Dee-I, was a really good song.For our offering - Alicia sang When Love Takes You In (Chapman).We're out of the office this week.
