Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – August 11, 2013

We started our new two-service schedule, with worship at 8:15 and 10:45.  The worship style at 8:15 is more laid-back, just me at the piano.  The programming will be similar, but some songs will be omitted due to the time constraint.We opened our 10:45 service with White Flag.After the call to worship we sang Shelter, The Solid Rock, Your Name,  and Surrender.Our offering song was Give Me Faith from Elevation worship.

Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – July 21, 2013

We had a "preview" service for our upcoming 8:15 service.  Beginning August 11 we'll be returning to a 2-service schedule, but this year we're having an 8:15 service (the Ocho-Quince), with a Sunday school hour in the middle (9:30), followed by our normal 10:45 service.  The 8:15 will be unplugged, shorter, and more intimate, while the 10:45 will be our normal praise band/praise team service.As today was a preview of the Ocho Quince - we opened up with the call to worship.After our call to worship we sang Because of Your Love, Search Me, and Jesus Paid it All.Our offering…

What a great, great morning of worship.  There's something really special about our summer services - the entire congregation crammed into the sanctuary, all worshipping together.  The sound of all those voices is amazing from the platform.We opened yesterday with God is Coming - a great tune from Tim Hughes, reminding us of God's constant pursuit after us.After our call to worship we sang Forever, Forever Reign, There is a Fountain, and Lead Me to the Cross.Our offering song was Give Me Faith from Elevation Worship.
