So I'm a day late this week...Last Sunday was the inaugural performance of my wife's newest musical "Not Just With Our Words." She started working on it back in late spring of 2012, and started rehearsing with the kids in the fall.About 70 kids, and a whole slew of adult volunteer teachers, set builders, prop masters, and technicians helped to put it all together.We're working right now on the video from Sunday's program, and we'll be making the musical available for purchase to other churches soon.Our Easter Season worship service is early this year - March 10th - just 12…

We concluded our global missions conference yesterday with a message from Bruce Fiol. Our children's musical is coming up in just two weeks - on Sunday morning, Feb 24 at 9 and 10:45. This is the second original musical written by my wife - Mandy, based on the story of the good samaritan. We had a choir Sunday yesterday, AND we're already at the end of January. We've done a variation of the same Christmas Eve service since I've been here, which was Christmas 2003. The Means family has blessed us every year by leading the service…We opened the 5:00 service with a time of carol singing for about 15 minutes prior.
