Monday morning recap for Sunday – July 12

It was great to be back at Oak Mountain this morning. I was on vacation last week, and will be gone this coming weekend as well. This morning, we opened with Indescribable. After our call to worship we sang Let God Arise, Never Let Go, How Great Thou Art, and Grace Falls Down. For our offering song, we sang Center, by Charlie Hall. Great tune. I was out on vacation last Sunday, visiting themiddleofnowhere, IL - to spend some time with family. Had a great time with my wife and boys . . . At Oak Mountain, Jeff Sauceda led worship for me. Monday morning recap for Sunday – June 28

We had our June choir leading in worship this past weekend. Be sure and check the schedule for the rest of the summer dates, and join us for both the Bullfrog Choir on July 26th, and August choir - August 23. This past weekend we opened with How Good and Pleasant, by Tommy Walker. After our call to worship we sang Filled with Your Glory (Starfield), Mighty to Save (Hillsong), In Christ Alone (Getty), and My Jesus I Love Thee. For our offering song, we did a new song called Tehillah, which means "to sing a new song".

We were back to "normal" on Sunday - after taking about 6 weeks and doing every combination of worship leading element known to Oak Mountain. We had choirs, youth choir, kids, trios, fiddles, acoustic sets, youth group . . . Last Sunday was our "typical" worship team.We opened with All Because of Jesus.After our call to worship we sang Hosanna, Our God Saves, Agnus Dei, and Holy Holy Holy. Yesterday was acoustic day at OMPC. We had piano, acoustic git, fiddle, and one other vocalist. We opened with Cambridge's arrangement of Come Ye Sinners.After our Call to Worship, we sang Amazing God, The Solid Rock, You Alone, Blessed Be Your Name, and It Is Well.For our offering song, we sang an arrangement of Jesus I Come, written by a friend out in California - Craig Anderton.
