Monday Morning Recap for Sunday – Oct 3, 2010

Bob is still continuing his series on the Gospel Pipeline. I'm convinced that there are so many trying to live out the Christian life - striving to be good - missing the whole point of the gospel - the sanctifying grace just as key as the justifying grace. If you haven't been listening - or don't know what i'm talking about - get the whole series on iTunes. We opened yesterday with Hillsong's Hosanna. After our call to worship we sang Your Grace is Enough, Indescribable, Center, How Great Thou Art, and He Knows My Name. Our offering song was a new tune (to…

We had choir this past Sunday. If you're looking for an easy way to get plugged into the church, meet new people, have a time of worship on Wednesday nights, and sing some cool music - you might want to consider joining choir. No singing experience is necessary - and it really is a lot of fun.You know that old lady that sits at the door and checks your name off when you walk in the room - and gives you that look of shame if you haven't been in a while? Yeah, she doesn't go here, and isn't allowed…

Monday morning Recap for Sunday – Sept 19, 2010

Bob continues his sermon series on the Gospel Pipeline - the foundation of the Christian walk - it's life changing. One of my favorite quotes from yesterday . . . " What a contrast to most teaching . . . where we're saved and justified by faith - but our sanctification is left to our own behaviors . . . Anyway . . . we opened yesterday with Today is the Day (Brewster). After our call to worship we sang You…
