Facebook has stirred up some sharp feelings because they've updated their terms of use as of the beginning of this month to say that anything you post is now "theirs" to keep or use, or sell - even if you cancel your account.Bottom line . . . don't put anything on the internet that you don't want for public consumption. Your "friends" on facebook can download your pics onto their computers, can save your messages, etc . . . Facebook is just stating the obvious. We had some "severe" weather in Birmingham around 7PM on Christmas Eve. I don't know if it was enough to get James going on ABC, but apparently there were tornado warnings and 60mph straight-line winds in Tuscaloosa - all heading to Birmingham.My 7-year-old had one comment on the weather:"Maybe God is mad because we keep celebrating Christmas in ways that we shouldn't . . . Two incredible influences

This man - Dr L. Gene Black - taught me everything I know about putting a choir together, teaching blend and balance, vowels, breath control - one of the most gifted men on the planet when it comes to achieving a sound unlike any other - from 40-60 totally different voices. And although we lead two totally different choirs, with totally different styles and repertoire, his influence is like none other on my picture of a worshipping community.
